Solar potatoes

First solar potatoes were cooked  in Medienhaus courtyard around noon on 10th August 2022.  Thanks to cca 1.5 kW of solar energy reflected by a parabolic dish covered with aluminium foil, bringing water into boiling state took less than 10 minutes.
